Cookies

Italy stands in contrast to other countries when it comes on cookies. They have here no seasonality and are served the whole year.

The aroma of  the homemade cookies is something unforgettable. It reaches all corners of the house. Cookies make a fancy meal finale. But they are delicious for breakfast and tea time too. In Italy we dunk them in milk, coffee, tea, coffee, warm chocolate and even in wine and liquors.

My grandmother's recipes were the best. My brother and could empty her big jars in an afternoon. Whenever she made some, there never seemed to be enough. They disappeared as quickly as they were baked. You can find here all her delicious recipes.
